Registrations are limited and are available HERE

Registrations are also available on the websites of the official Tour Operators of the event.

The registration of each athlete or companion is validated only after the payment made by bank transfer or by credit card on the secure payment platform in the end of the online registration process. 

 


 

WHEN CAN I REGISTER

Registrations close on January 31st, 2025 or earlier if it is reached the limited number of participants.

There is an early birds period for registration, with discounts on the total amount. 

 


 

LIMITED NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS

The registrations for Ride Across Algarve 2025, are limited to 60 athletes.

 


 

SPLIT PAYMENT (OPTIONAL)

Until January 15th, 2025, an alternative way of splitting the total registration cost in 2 payments it's available:

This option is only available on payment of the registration and the companion pack. The payments of extra services are made in one go and can be added to one of the two phases of the registration payment.

 

 


 

COMPANIONS

The organization keeps a limited number of places for companions. The companions can choose between to follow the participants during the stages or participate on the touristic parallel programs.

 


 

EXTRA SERVICES

On the registration form, and beside the registration pack, the participants can subscribe extra services:

  • Single room accommodation extra

 


 

CUSTOMISED SERVICES

Information and subscription of customised packs and upgrade services like:

  • Bike rental
  • Customised transfers
  • Unpacking, building and packing of rider’s bicycle
  • Extra nights and other programs before and after the event

SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND FEES FOR GROUPS, TEAMS AND TRAVEL AGENCIES

The organisation offers special conditions and fees for groups, teams, travel agencies and tour operators.

WITHDRAWALS

The registration of each rider or companion is validated only after the payment made by credit card on the secure payment platform in the end of the online registration process.

Withdrawals undertaken before the beginning of the event must be communicated to the organization by email to  info@rideacrossportugal.com

In case of withdrawal there is a reimbursement plan of part of the amount already paid.

Withdrawals communicated until 90 days before the event's date:

Refundable fee: 90% of all the amount already paid.

Withdrawals communicated until 30 days before the event's date:

Refundable fee: 50% of all the amount already paid.

Withdrawals communicated after 30 days before the event's date:

There will be no refunds of any amount already paid.

 


 

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

A registration can be transferred to another athlete if  the transfer request and the data of the new athlete are communicated to the organization by e-mail to  info@rideacrossportugal.com before 12:00 pm January 31st 2025. After that date is not accepted any requests for transfer of registrations.

 


 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is highly recommended that each participant take his or her own individual cancellation insurance in order to have the possibility to claim their entry and extra services fees back, if they are not able to participate in the event due to medical, injury or any other valid cancellation reason.

Athletes must directly contact the insurance company on their own countries to guarantee the price and conditions for this insurance.
